We use the OpenSolar tool to design the panel array and calculate its impact on your home’s energy usage and costs.
The assessment produced should be considered as a guide to the potential that your home has for using solar to generate electricity. A qualified solar installation firm would need to be consulted to confirm the assessment and advise on the additional practical aspects of the installation, for example, internal wiring, inverter locations etc.
To start the process we will need some basic information but to create an accurate assessment we will need further information such as your current tariff and electricity demand (ideally in half hour periods) – don’t worry if you don’t have that we can help.
